We work as a core team of doctors, nurses, health care assistants, receptionists, secretaries, and dispensers who are employed by the Caythorpe & Ancaster Practice. We have close links with an extended team of District Nurses, Health Visitors and Macmillan Nurses who are not employed directly by the practice.
|Mr Adrian Down (m)|
Adrian is our practice manager and became a non-clinical partner in August 2017. He is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. He supports the GPs and all other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helping to develop extended services to enhance patient care. As a non-clinical partner he is also involved in the longer term strategic planning of the practice and implementing NHS policy.
|Mrs Hayley Chappell (f)|
Hayley is our office manager. She has overall responsibility for all reception and secretarial staff across both sites of the practice
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They perform many other tasks such as the processing and filing of cliinical correspondence.
