Dispensary collection times

Unfortunately due to a number of unforeseen circumstances leading to staff absences the Practice is under extreme pressure at the moment. We apologise if this is making it harder to access our services than we would expect it to be. We are very sorry and are doing everything that we can to address this situation including bringing in additional support and our existing team working longer and additional days. Longer term we are also recruiting extra staff to our team.

We hope to have addressed these issues very soon and appreciate your support and understanding.

Our dispensary team have been particularly affected and are doing everything that they can to dispense the medication that you require. If you were intending to collect your prescription tomorrow (Friday) but have enough medication to wait until early next week we would be very grateful if you could collect Monday or Tuesday instead. Obviously if you do not have enough medication to wait until then we will ensure your prescription is fulfilled but we would really appreciate if you are able to wait you doing so.
