Dispensary delay

Unfortunately over the last week have been suffering from a severe technical issue with our dispensing robot that is fortunately now fixed. This has significantly slowed the process of dispensing medicine and extended the wait time we would normally expect for medication to be ready for patients to collect. Alongside this we have a couple of members of our dispensing team who are poorly which is placing additional pressure on our system.

We are really sorry if this is impacting the service that you would normally expect, we are doing everything that we can to address this as soon as possible and bring service levels back to normal.

Please bear with us, the team are doing everything that they can to help, it may take longer than usual to dispense your medication but we promise that this is temporary and if you are getting low on medicine we will prioritise your request to ensure you don’t run out.
