Medication collection Caythorpe

As mentioned previously we have been working to ensure it is safe to bring patients back into the surgery at Caythorpe to collect their medication. We feel that the time is now right and have therefore suspended the car-park delivery service.

Please come to the main entrance to collect your medication. If from the doorway you can see a patient queuing to collect their medication please wait outside the surgery until the patient at the counter has been served and the patient queuing has moved forwards to the counter.

We are working as fast as we can to ensure queues are as short as possible. Our busiest day for collections tends to be a Friday so if you can avoid this it will help to reduce your waiting time.

We are now asking that all patients visiting the practice either to see a clinician or to collect medication wears a face covering. This can be a commercially available face mask, a home-made face mask or a scarf. By doing this you help us to protect the most vulnerable in our society who may be visiting the surgery.
