As many of you will be aware from our earlier post, we recently lost a much loved member of our practice family.
Her funeral is taking place this Friday, and a number of our colleagues from across the practice, particularly our dispensary team, will be attending to pay their respects.
We will remain open as normal on Friday, but we wanted to let you know in advance that we will have fewer staff than usual across our Practice that day.
Our phone lines may take a little longer to answer, and our dispensary service in particular may be slower.
If you have been notified that your medication is ready or waiting, it would help us enormously if you could collect it before Friday, or if that’s not possible, early next week. If you do need to collect on Friday itself, we will of course still be here for you, just please bear with us if things take a little longer.
On Friday If anything you need can wait until next week, or another service could help in the meantime such as the Urgent Treatment Centre in Grantham, that would be a great help to us.
Outside of Friday, we expect services to be available as normal. As ever we really appreciate your kindness and compassion at this time, we never take it for granted.
