If you regularly provide unpaid help to a family member, friend or neighbour on a daily basis, then you are a Carer.
Young Carers care for a family member or friend in an unpaid capacity, enabling them to live more independently.
If you are a Carer, please let us know by speaking to one of our Carers Champions (Debbie at Ancaster and Linda at Caythorpe) who are also part of our reception team. If the Carers Champion is unavailable, any of our receptionists will be happy to help you. We also have a Practice Care Co-ordinator (Georgia) who is able to help with a variety of issues.
